Día 01 Buenos Aires / Addis Abeba

Llegada a El Cairo y recepción por nuestro personal, información práctica y traslado al Hotel. Alojamiento.
Día 03 El Cairo
Desayuno en el hotel. Visita de las Pirámides de Gizeh: Keops, Kefrén y Micerinos, una de las siete maravillas del

Día 04 El Cairo / Luxor
Desayuno en el hotel. A la hora convenida, traslado al aeropuerto de El Cairo y salida con dirección a Luxor. Llegada, recepción por nuestro personal local y visita del Templo de Karnak, el mayor monumento de la cultura faraónica; Check in en el crucero y almuerzo. Por la tarde se visitará también el Templo de Luxor, dedicado a Amón-Ra, Mut y Khonu, construido por Amenofis III y Ramsés Cena y noche a bordo.
Día 05 Luxor / Edfu
Desayuno a bordo. Visita de la Necrópolis de Tebas o del valle de los reyes, donde se enterraron los faraones de la XVIII a la XX dinastía. De regreso Visita del Templo de la Reina Hatsepsut, único en todo el país, pues está formado por terrazas escalonadas de grandes dimensiones. Finalmente, se conocerán los Colosos de Memnon, del rey Amenophis III que guardan la entrada de su templo funerario. Navegación hacia Edfu. Almuerzo y cena a bordo. Alojamiento.
Día 06 Edfu / Kom Ombo / Aswan
Desayuno a bordo. Desembarque en Edfu donde se visitará el templo de Horus, el dios de la cabeza de halcón. Regreso al barco y continuación de la navegación hacia el sur. Llegada a Kom Ombo y visita del Templo particularmente extraño por ser doble, dedicado a la vez al dios Haroeris, con cabeza de gavilán, y al dios Sobeck, con cabeza de cocodrilo. Continuación hacia Aswan. Alojamiento.
Día 07 Aswan
Desayuno a bordo. Posibilidad de Visita opcional en bus de los Templos de Abu Simbel. Están tallados en el acantilado del desierto occidental por Ramses II y tienen estatuas de hasta 20 m. de altura Más tarde se realizará una visita para conocer los lugares más sobresalientes de esta hermosa ciudad sureña: la famosa cantera de granito donde se observará el ingenioso procedimiento utilizado por los egipcios para la extracción de los bloques de este material, el Obelisco inacabado de 41 metros, la Presa nueva, monumental obra de ingeniería construida entre los años 1960 y 1971, para controlar las inundaciones de las riberas del Nilo. Finalmente, se realizará un paseo en faluca, típica embarcación de pescadores, para navegar el Nilo de una forma sui géneris. Noche a bordo.
Día 08 El Cairo / El Fayoum
Desayuno a bordo. A la hora convenida, traslado al aeropuerto de Aswan y salida para El Cairo. Llegada, recepción por nuestro personal y traslado al gran Oasis de El Fayoum, situado a 80 km al norte de la capital y considerado el mayor Oasis de Egipto. De camino al oasis, veremos el lago Qaroun, de más de 40 km de largo y 4 km de ancho en algunos puntos, con una superficie de más de 200 km². Day 2 Addis Ababa / Cairo

Day 3 Cairo
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit to the Pyramids of Giza: Cheops, Khafre, and Mycerinus, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World and the only one that has been preserved. Along with the famous Sphinx, this is undoubtedly the most impressive visit of the trip. Day 4 Cairo / Luxor
Breakfast at the hotel. At the agreed time, transfer to Cairo Airport and departure for Luxor. Upon arrival, you will be met by our local staff and visit the Temple of Karnak, the largest monument of Pharaonic culture. Check in to the cruise ship and have lunch. In the afternoon, visit the Temple of Luxor, dedicated to Amun-Ra, Mut, and Khonsu, built by Amenhotep III and Ramses III. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 5 Luxor / Edfu
Breakfast on board. Visit the Theban Necropolis, also known as the Valley of the Kings, where the pharaohs of the 18th to 20th dynasties were buried. On the return journey, visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, unique in the country for its large, stepped terraces. Finally, see the Colossi of Memnon, statues of King Amenhotep III, which guard the entrance to his mortuary temple. Sail to Edfu. Lunch and dinner on board. Overnight stay.
Day 6 Edfu / Kom Ombo / Aswan
Breakfast on board. Disembark in Edfu and visit the Temple of Horus, the falcon-headed god. Return to the ship and continue sailing south. Arrive in Kom Ombo and visit the unique double temple, dedicated to both the hawk-headed god Haroeris and the crocodile-headed god Sobek. Continue to Aswan. Overnight stay.
Day 7 Aswan
Breakfast on board. Optional bus tour to the Temples of Abu Simbel. Carved into the cliffs of the Western Desert by Ramses II, these temples feature statues up to 20 meters tall. Later, a tour will explore the highlights of this beautiful southern city: the famous granite quarry, where you will observe the ingenious process used by the Egyptians to extract the blocks of this material; the 41-meter-tall Unfinished Obelisk; and the New Dam, a monumental engineering feat built between 1960 and 1971 to control flooding on the banks of the Nile. Finally, enjoy a ride on a felucca, a traditional fishing boat, to navigate the Nile in a unique way. Overnight on board.
Day 8 Cairo / El Fayoum
Breakfast on board. At the agreed time, transfer to Aswan Airport and departure for Cairo. Arrival, reception by our staff and transfer to the great Oasis of El Fayoum, located 80 km north of the capital and considered the largest oasis in Egypt. On the way to the oasis, we will see Lake Qaroun, dIt is over 40 km long and 4 km wide in some places, with an area of more than 200 km². As we circle the lake, we immerse ourselves in the fascinating local life: palm groves, olive groves, and hay transported on donkeys are part of daily life. Before arriving at the hotel, we will visit the Karanis Museum, which displays relics from Ancient Egypt from Crocodilopolis and the Fayum Oasis archaeological zone. It covers the history of the Fayum Governorate, its customs and traditions, as well as its religious beliefs. The museum houses rare mummy portraits, which are realistic paintings on wood or linen covering the mummies, reflecting a blend of Egyptian and Roman funerary customs. The surrounding Karanis site includes an open-air exhibition of stone sculptures and architectural fragments. Arrival at the hotel, dinner, and overnight stay.
Day 9 El Fayoum/ Cairo
Breakfast at the hotel and first we will travel to Wadi Hitan, known as the Valley of the Whales, which contains priceless fossil remains as it is the most important site in the world for demonstrating the evolution of whales.
